The best athletes in the World will compete at the World Indoor Championships in Sopot, Poland this weekend, in this year’s only major global athletics championships.

Nigel Levine will compete in his 3rd World Indoor Championships in the 400m. Nigel is in great shape this year and is well placed for a medal, especially after beating Olympic Silver Medallist Luguelin Santos in a remarkable display at the British Grand Prix last month.

Levine is looking to be on the podium this year and wants to improve on his performance in Turkey, “My target is to do better than two years ago,” said Levine, who was part of the British team that won 4x400m relay silver in 2012. He will also feature in the British 4x400m quartet alongside training partner Luke Lennon-Ford. The impressive men’s 400m relay team will be looking to come home with a medal.

Margaret Adeoye will also be in action for TeamGB in her first World Indoor Championships featuring in the individual 400m.  Margaret will be targeting another World Championship medal to add to her collection in the women’s 4x400m relay, to end a superb Indoor Season.
