Dannish Walker-Khan



As a junior, Dannish won multiple medals at the national championships in the 60, 100 and 200m and was ranked in the top 5 in Europe over the 200m. He also won a silver medal at the European Junior Championships in the relay and finished the season ranked 3rd in the world behind the USA and France junior teams.

Progressing to the u23 was smooth for Dannish as he won a gold medal at the European under-23 Championships and broke the European and British records in the process. The time of 38.77 (teammates Adam Gemili, Danny Talbot and Deji Tobias) still stands today.

Dannish has also been selected for the England Senior Team on a number of occasions, running in the sprint events.

His personal bests are 6.70 in the 60m, 10.40 in the 100m and 20.89 in the 200m. He now has his eyes set on Tokyo 2020 and all else that comes along the way.
